Parking: Complimentary valet parking

For ISTSG members staying overnight the night before the meeting:

You do not need to make reservations with the facility, but you need to let me know that you will be spending the night there.
Westfields uses a complete package plan: Reservations include 3 meals per day, beginning with dinner on Thursday, 14 October, ending with lunch, Friday, 15 October;
Note: we will not reimburse expenses for other meals during this period of time.

For ISTSG members arriving for the day, not staying overnight:

There is complementary valet parking
Lunch will be provided

Airport Transfer: Complimentary transportation is available to and from Dulles International Airport. To arrange for complimentary transportation, please call the Westfields in advance, 703-818-0300, ask for the Bell Desk and tell them your arrival time. They will have a van waiting for you.

You may make reservations through our travel agent, SATO Travel. You can call Chance at 1-800-676-5285 x3060 (hours are 6:30-3:00 Pacific Time) or Brandislav at x 3187 (hours are 9:00-5:30 Eastern Time). SATO is accustomed to handing travel for Mitretek Systems. Please tell them you are making reservations for the ISTSG meeting. If you choose to make reservations through your own travel agent, that is acceptable. We will reimburse for coach ticket.
